Processing time: 3-5 business days
Your order is verified, produced, quality-checked and packed. Orders go to production within 24 hours of purchase.
Delivery time: 10-15 business days
Delivery time starts when your order leaves our warehouse. Most customers receive their order 2-3 weeks after purchase.
Free shipping
Free worldwide shipping applies to select items. Any shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
We email tracking details as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2-3 days to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties and delays
Customs processing is outside our control. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes your country charges. Carrier or customs delays are not our responsibility, but we'll help you follow up.
Address accuracy
Please check your address and phone number (required for international orders) before paying. Orders returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped for an additional fee.
